Zensar Technologies appoints Price Waterhouse as statutory auditor for a five-year term starting after the 64th AGM in 2027.
Current auditor SRBC & Co LLP will continue until conclusion of the 64th Annual General Meeting in 2027.
Appointment was approved by the board based on audit committee recommendation and requires shareholder approval.
