Zota Health Care Limited received a communication from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited via email dated October 14, 2026, bearing Reference No.: NSE/CM/Surveillance/17715. The exchange sought clarification from the Company regarding significant increase in the volume of the Company's security across exchanges in the recent past.
Company's Clarification on Trading Volume
The Company confirmed that there is no information or announcement (including impending announcements) that should have been made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and has not been disclosed to the Stock Exchange. The Company stated that the recent movement in the volume of shares and price of the Company is purely market driven.
