Dividend Declaration or Non-Declaration
- Final dividend for financial year 2018-19 remains unclaimed/unpaid for seven years
- Unclaimed dividend amount for FY2018-19 will be transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) on October 27, 2026
- Corresponding shares will also be transferred to IEPF Authority on the same date for dividends unclaimed for seven consecutive years
- Shareholders must claim dividends before transfer date (October 26, 2026) to avoid transfer

- Circular has been forwarded to affected shareholders (Annexure-1 enclosed)
- Shareholders can claim dividends by submitting required documents to Satellite Corporate Services Pvt Ltd (RTA) or directly to the company
- Required documents include: Forms ISR-1, ISR-2, ISR-3 or SH-13; Dividend claim form with self-attested PAN copy, original cancelled cheque, address proof, original dividend warrants or indemnity bond
- For demat shares: Copy of Client Master List showing name, address, Demat and bank account details to be emailed to service@satellitecorporate.com
- After transfer to IEPF, no claim shall lie against the company
- Shareholders can claim transferred amounts/shares from IEPF by submitting online Form IEPF-5 on www.iepf.gov.in and sending physical copy to company

- Form requires bank account details for electronic credit of unpaid dividends
- Form requires indemnification clause protecting company from future claims
- For dividends exceeding ₹10,000, form must be executed on non-judicial stamp paper of appropriate value or franked and notarized
