Book Launch Overview
On October 7, 2026, at Title Waves in Bandra, Mumbai, author Abhishek Bhaskar Vichare launched his new novel The Girl Who Waited for Love.

The ceremony was attended by Maharashtra Women and Child Development Minister Aditi Tatkare, Vedanti Tatkare, and Rajool Sanjay Patil, Corporator of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation, along with members of the Vichare family, friends, colleagues, and numerous literature and book enthusiasts.
Author Interaction
During a post‑launch interaction, Vichare fielded questions about the inspiration, writing process, and emotional themes of the book. He disclosed that completing the manuscript was especially challenging following the death of his father, Bhaskar (Daji) Vichare, while he was managing a demanding political schedule and business commitments.
Expected Reception
