Around 200 delegates, including judges, regulators, bankers and insolvency professionals, participated, highlighting growing engagement in Eastern India.
Key sessions covered enforcement directorate asset restitution, aviation insolvency, real‑estate CIRP mechanisms, disciplinary proceedings and stakeholder synchronisation.
