AILBIEA Silver Jubilee Celebration – 11 September 2026, Mumbai

The All India Liquid Bulk Importers & Exporters Association (AILBIEA), the apex body representing India’s liquid bulk ecosystem—including chemicals, petrochemicals, solvents, edible oils, petroleum products and LPG—will commemorate its 25‑year anniversary on Friday, 11 September 2026. The celebration comprises a Knowledge Conference from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Trident Hotel, Nariman Point, followed by an invitation‑only Silver Jubilee Evening in the Regal Ballroom from 6:21 p.m.

Knowledge Conference – “India in Full Flow: The Decade of Demand”

The conference will host senior CEOs, CFOs, port and customs officials, and policymakers for masterclasses and a flagship supplier‑centric panel. Key sessions include:

  • Global Trade Facilitation & the AEO Advantage presented by Dr. Joshua Ebenezer, Founder & Principal Consultant, NuCov Facili‑Trade.
  • Customs Integrated Systems 2.0, featuring senior leadership from the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on the next‑generation customs technology backbone.
  • Safeguarding the Enterprise in the GSTAT Era, delivered by Shri S. K. Rahman, IRS, Technical Member (Centre) of the GST Appellate Tribunal, focusing on customs and GST dispute preparedness.
  • Geopolitics & Maritime Risk, with Capt. Pankaj Kapoor, Managing Partner, Quadraant Legal, discussing the Middle‑East crisis and its impact on India’s sea‑borne trade.
  • Flagship Supplier Panel showcasing global suppliers of edible oils, chemicals and petrochemicals, including Reece H. Cannady of the U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council and Indrajit Vishwanath of Abacus Chemie (UAE); additional panelists will be announced.

The conference will conclude with a leadership session by Capt. Raghu Raman, whose talks have amassed over 100 million views and who has served in the Armed Forces, Mahindra, Reliance, Adani and as the founding CEO of the National Intelligence Grid.

Silver Jubilee Evening – Tributes and Awards

The evening will honor two industry stalwarts: Shri Nadir B. Godrej, Chairman Emeritus of Godrej Industries Ltd, and Shri M. P. Tapariah, Managing Director of Supreme Petrochem Ltd. The ceremony will also present the AILBIEA Silver Jubilee Stellar Awards.

Launch of AGS 360

The celebrations will mark the official India launch of AGS 360, described as India’s first integrated digital maritime information and intelligence application. AGS 360 consolidates key port data, vessel tracking, port‑call estimates and maritime intelligence on a single platform. Atlantic Global Shipping (AGS) is the digital partner for the launch.

Advocacy Highlights

In the past year, AILBIEA led a joint inter‑ministerial engagement on port congestion before the Union Ministers of Commerce & Industry and of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, testified before the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Commerce, participated in the National Symposium on Customs Reforms, and remains active in the Customs Consultative Group.
