Allison Joins S&P MidCap; Goodyear Moves SmallCap

Index Rebalancing Effective July 6, 2026

Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. will be added to the S&P MidCap 400 index effective before the market opens on July 6, 2026. Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. will be removed from the S&P MidCap 400 and inserted into the S&P SmallCap 600 on the same date, taking the slot vacated by Stellar Bancorp Inc. Stellar Bancorp’s departure is a consequence of Prosperity Bancshares Inc.’s acquisition of Stellar, a transaction slated to close on July 1, 2026. Allison operates in the Industrials sector, Goodyear is classified under Consumer Discretionary, while Stellar Bancorp and Prosperity Bancshares belong to the Financials sector.
