Navigant Corporate Advisors issued a post-offer advertisement for an open offer by Ronak Jain, Sarita Jain, Priyanka Jain, and K K Impex & Trading Private Limited to acquire up to 9,17,41,759 equity shares (26.00%) of Asgard Alcobev Limited at ₹1.45 per share.
The offer opened on April 6, 2026, closed on April 20, 2026, and payment was completed by April 24, 2026, with 11,38,932 shares tendered and accepted for a total consideration of ₹16.51 lakhs.
Post-offer, the acquirers' and PACs' collective shareholding will reach 62.59% of the expanded capital, making them the new promoters, while the existing promoters will be reclassified as public shareholders.
