On 11th July, 2026, the company intimated that the Board of Directors had approved this reclassification in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
On 16th July, 2026 (the date of this document), the company submitted formal applications to both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited seeking approval for this reclassification.
