BC Asia Investments XXV Ltd (Bain Capital) was allotted 9,29,01,373 equity shares of Manappuram Finance at ₹236 per share via preferential allotment on March 27, 2026.
BC Asia Investments XIV Ltd was simultaneously allotted 9,29,01,373 warrants, together representing 18.00% of Manappuram Finance on a fully diluted basis.
An open offer for up to 24,42,27,387 equity shares (26% of expanded voting capital) from public shareholders is pending completion.
