Boiler India Announces Open Nominations for the 2026 Best Boiler User Awards
Boiler India, the exhibition and knowledge platform for the boiler, steam, heat and allied industries, has opened nominations for its Pan‑India Best Boiler User Awards 2026. The nomination window closes on 30 August 2026. The awards are intended to recognise boiler‑user companies across India for exemplary operating and management practices in boiler and steam systems.
The programme is supported by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) and is open to organisations in the power, manufacturing, processing and other boiler‑using sectors. Companies may submit entries that detail their boiler operation and performance practices. Submissions will be assessed by a Central Jury based on the information provided.
Award Categories
The awards comprise six distinct categories:
1. Power Plants
2. Captive and co‑generation units in steel, cement, chemical, petrochemical and distillery industries
3. Sugar factories
4. Pharma, chemical, dairy, hotel and food industries
5. Textile process houses, edible oil, paper, ordnance, distillery, animal feed and AAC block industries
6. Sizing units, rice mills and other small industries, including SIB‑type boilers
These categories collectively cover boiler‑user companies across power generation, manufacturing, processing and other industrial applications.
Evaluation and Award Presentation
The Central Jury will evaluate the entries, and the selected companies will receive the Best Boiler User Awards during Boiler India 2026, scheduled for 8 to 10 October 2026 at the CIDCO Exhibition & Convention Centre in Navi Mumbai.
A Boiler India spokesperson emphasized that “boilers play an important role in several manufacturing and process industries. The Best Boiler User Awards recognise companies and plant teams for their practices in operating and managing these systems.”
