Brazil's Bovespa index closed down 0.55% on Friday, driven by losses in Public Utilities, Electrical Energy, and Financials sectors.
Top gainers were Cvc Brasil (+8.67% to 2.12), Grupo Vamos (+6.27% to 4.35) and Direcional Engenharia (+4.48% to 14.87).
Biggest losers included Brava Energia (-6.28% to 19.82), Braskem (-5.55% to 8.92) and Petrobras (-5.31% to 50.95).
Rising stocks outnumbered declines 666 to 319, CBOE Brazil ETF Volatility fell 2.28% to 31.71, while gold rose 1.21% to $4,866.36.
