Project to generate 4852.95 MU annually and be completed in 78 months via THDC-Arunachal Pradesh joint venture.
Government provides Rs.599.88 crore for infrastructure and Rs.750 crore equity support, with 12% free power to state.
Local infrastructure includes 29 km roads and bridges, with benefits like employment and CSR activities.
