Cloud Computing LLC, promoter of Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd, acquired 9,50,000 equity shares via an off-market transaction on March 25, 2026.
The purchase was valued at Rs. 2,22,30,000 (~Rs. 2.22 crore), implying an approximate per-share price of Rs. 23.40.
Post-acquisition, promoter shareholding in CTE rose from 50.91% (99,94,693 shares) to 55.75% (1,09,44,693 shares).
