KPMG in India announced that Cosmoserve Space has been selected as the winner of the India finale of the Global Tech Innovator Competition (GTIC) 2026, the sixth edition of the programme. The announcement was made in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and released through Business Wire India on 5 August 2026.

Competition Overview

GTIC 2026 brought together a highly competitive cohort of technology‑led and technology‑enabled ventures from across the country. Start‑ups participated from sectors including Artificial Intelligence, Deep Tech, SpaceTech, Climate and Sustainability, HealthTech, FinTech, Cybersecurity, Industry 4.0, Agritech, Mobility, SaaS, Digital Infrastructure, Consumer Technology and other emerging technologies, reflecting the breadth of India’s innovation ecosystem. A rigorous evaluation process involving industry experts, corporate leaders and KPMG subject‑matter specialists narrowed the field to a semi‑final group, after which the finalists presented their solutions before an esteemed jury at the India finale held in Bengaluru.

Winner Details

Cosmoserve Space emerged as the winner of the India finale. As the champion, the startup will represent India at the global GTIC 2026 finale scheduled for 6 to 12 November 2026 in Lisbon, Portugal, where innovators from participating countries will compete for global recognition before an international audience of business leaders, investors and ecosystem stakeholders.
