Cubical Financial Services Open Offer for 26% at ₹2.50/Share

Manoj Agrawal and Amit Saraogi launch a mandatory open offer to acquire up to 3.77 crore shares (26%) of Cubical Financial Services Ltd at ₹2.50 per share.
The offer follows a share purchase agreement to buy 2.01 crore shares (13.83%) from promoters and a proposed preferential allotment of 8 crore shares to the acquirers.
Total acquisition cost for the open offer is ₹9.44 crore, with ₹2.36 crore deposited in escrow with ICICI Bank as required by SEBI regulations.
The tender period is scheduled from July 9 to July 22, 2026, with settlement completion targeted by August 5, 2026.
