Pankaj Pruthu Desai acquired 23.82 lakh shares (31.04% voting rights) in DESCO Infratech via an off-market gift from immediate relative Indiraben Desai.
The transaction, executed on 07.04.2026, was exempt from an open offer under SEBI SAST Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) for inter-se transfers.
All regulatory filings were completed with BSE SME and SEBI, including a fee payment of ₹1.77 lakhs and disclosures under PIT and SAST regulations.
