Disha Resources Promoter Acquires 4.78% via Gift

Promoter Ms. Mayadevi Krishnavtar Kabra acquired 3,50,000 equity shares (4.78%) of Disha Resources Limited via gift on 19 March 2026.
The shares were disposed of by Ms. Radhadevi Premnarayan Maheshwari, immediate relative of the promoter, as an inter-se transfer.
Post-transaction, Mayadevi's holding rose to 9.27% while Radhadevi's residual holding stands at 3.34% (2,44,448 shares).
