The Anubhav platform serves as a forum for retiring and retired employees of Central Government, 12 Public Sector Banks, and Central Public Sector Enterprises to share their work experiences. For the 2026 awards, 15 selected awardees are being recognized for their contributions to nation-building through participation in various government projects including Passport Seva Kendra, regulatory reform, technological adaptation in administration and accounting, and energy conservation.

The Pre-Retirement Counselling Workshop is designed for retiring Government of India employees primarily in the National Capital Region, providing information on processes required for timely payment of retirement benefits. The event will also feature the release of a Handbook on Pension Mitra and Guidelines for the Nation-wide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 5. Additionally, a bank exhibition will be organized with 17 Pension Disbursing Banks showcasing products and services for retiring employees.
