He identified semiconductors, AI, robotics, and quantum technologies as critical for national security, economic resilience, and global competitiveness.
The Minister highlighted India's growing capabilities in space, biotechnology, and deep-tech startups as foundations for its development journey towards Viksit Bharat 2047.
Dr Singh described the global IIT alumni network as vital connectors for investments, mentorship, and collaborations to strengthen India's innovation ecosystem.
