Dr. Satish Shukla Honored at World Book

Dr. Satish K. Shukla was honored at a World Book of Records ceremony in Kathmandu, Nepal, for his innovative surgeon‑scalpel logo concept.
The event at Hotel Yak and Yeti featured chief guest Bhawani Rana, CEO Santosh Shukla, and dignitaries from hospitality and medical sectors.
Dr. Shukla’s credentials include fellowships, past presidencies of surgical associations, over 60 articles, a blog of 1,600 posts, and six authored books.
The SAARC Surgical Association committee, chaired by Dr. Abdul Mazeed Choudhary, recognized Dr. Shukla among eight “Icons of Surgery” across SAARC nations.
