Fairpoint Tradecom LLP Pledges 7.2 Lakh Responsive Industries Shares

Fairpoint Tradecom LLP (Promoter Group) created a pledge of 7,20,000 equity shares of Responsive Industries Limited on March 30, 2026.
The pledge is in favour of Imperial Solutions Private Limited for personal borrowing, valued at ₹9,12,24,000 on the date of creation.
Post-event, total encumbered shares of Fairpoint Tradecom LLP rise to 77,69,971 shares, representing 2.91% of total share capital.
