Reclassification Action
In accordance with Regulation 31A(10) of the SEBI LODR Regulations and consistent with the intent of the erstwhile promoters as disclosed in the Letter of Offer, the four Promoter/Promoter Group entities have been reclassified from the "Promoter and Promoter Group" category to the "Public" category with effect from June 02, 2026.
