Lalit Agrawal (HUF), part of the Promoter Group, acquired 13,200 equity shares of Glen Industries on March 24, 2026.
The acquisition was made at ₹69.92 per share, aggregating to ₹9,22,884, from public shareholders.
Post-acquisition, Promoter and Promoter Group shareholding increased from 73.32% to 73.37% of paid-up equity capital.
