The eighth edition of the Global Real Estate Brand Awards (GREBA) 2026 was held at the Taj MG Road in Bengaluru on 18 July 2026. The summit attracted more than 200 real‑estate developers, policymakers, technology innovators and corporate leaders who discussed AI, PropTech and sustainable urban development.

Dr. Prashanth Thakur, Executive Director & Head – Research at ANAROCK Group, presented a market analysis covering shifting consumer preferences, emerging micro‑markets and macro‑economic factors influencing capital inflows into Indian real estate.
Panel Discussion – AI, PropTech and Digital Transformation
A high‑profile panel titled “AI, PropTech, and Digital Transformation in Real Estate” was moderated by Nandan Reddy, Vice President – Marketing at Merusri Developers. Panelists included Raheel Reddy (Director, Fortune Primero), Syed Ahmed Raza (Director – AI & Technology), Rajendra Praveen (CEO, Shining Cloud) and Avinash Rao (Founder, Alt DRX).
