GR Infraprojects Promoter Group Inter-Se Share Transfer

G R Infraprojects received a disclosure under SEBI SAST Regulation 10(7) for an inter-se transfer of 88.47 lakh shares (9.15% equity) among promoter group members executed on March 27 & 30, 2026.
