GTN Textiles Pledges 23.57% Patspin India Shares

• Patspin India Ltd filed a Regulation 31(4) SEBI (SAST) disclosure for year ended March 31, 2026, on behalf of main promoter GTN Textiles Ltd.
• GTN Textiles Ltd holds 1,42,87,068 equity shares (46.21%) of Patspin India Ltd and has pledged 72,86,405 shares (23.57%) since July 17, 2023.
• The pledge was created in favour of Central Bank of India Consortium (Central Bank of India, SBI, Karur Vysya Bank) under an approved Resolution Plan per RBI's Stressed Assets Directions, 2019.
• No other encumbrance, direct or indirect, has been made by GTN Textiles Ltd beyond the above pledge.
