Smt Swati Patodia's holding in GTN Textiles rises from 2.34% (2,71,900 shares) to 13.60% (15,83,671 shares) post-transfer.
Total equity share capital remains unchanged at 1,16,40,478 shares of Rs. 10 each (Rs. 11,64,04,780) with no dilution.
