International Hardware Fair India 2026 – Event Overview and Export Potential
The International Hardware Fair India (IHF India) will hold its fourth edition from 23 to 25 October 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The fair is organised by Koelnmesse in association with the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) and is powered by the EISENWARENMESSE brand.
The exhibition is expected to feature more than 170 exhibitors and attract over 10,000 trade visitors, with participation from more than 30 countries. Leading Indian manufacturers and brands slated to exhibit include Best One Tools Pvt. Ltd., Birla Precision Technologies Limited, Dee Neers Tools Limited, DN Safety Products Pvt. Ltd., Gardex India Pvt Ltd, H.R. International, India International House Ltd, JK Maini Precision Technology Limited, Jhalani Forge Pvt. Ltd., Pilot Pneumatics Pvt. Ltd., Proxima Steel Forge Pvt. Ltd., Shiv Forgings (BAUM), Taparia Tools Ltd., Varindera Tools Pvt. Ltd., Victor Forgings, Vidhi Exports, Vishal Tools & Forgings Pvt. Ltd., Electrospark, Dayton Tools, Mech Choice Tools and RL Jain Power Tools LLP.
A key programme element is the Reverse Buyer‑Seller Meet (RBSM), supported by FIEO, which will bring 120 hosted international buyers to meet Indian manufacturers and suppliers directly, facilitating product showcases, requirement discussions and export market exploration.
According to a 2025 NITI Aayog report, the global trade market for hand and power tools is valued at approximately US$100 billion and is projected to rise to around US$190 billion by 2035. India currently exports roughly US$600 million of hand tools and US$425‑470 million of power tools. The report identifies a potential export opportunity of more than US$25 billion for India over the next ten years if its presence in the global market expands.
Milind Dixit, Managing Director of Koelnmesse India, stated that the fair will provide a platform for the Indian tools and hardware industry to expand domestically and internationally, allowing manufacturers to showcase products to global buyers while enabling international companies to discover innovative solutions.
