HMA Agro Industries Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to the BSE and NSE regarding a substantial acquisition of shares within its promoter group.

The acquirer is Mohammad Kamil Qureshi, who acquired 4,25,75,347 equity shares of the company from Wajid Ahmed. This number of shares represents 8.50% of the total diluted share capital of the target company. The transaction was executed by way of a gift "out of natural love and affection" and involved no monetary consideration.
