Prime Minister Peter Magyar announced Hungary will start releasing additional fuel from its strategic reserves next week.
The previous release in February involved 250,000 tons of crude oil after the Druzhba pipeline supply was halted.
Magyar said supply security will remain stable until the new release begins, though he did not disclose the volume to be tapped.
