Event Overview

imm India 2026, an integrated B2B sourcing platform for furniture, home décor, rugs, carpets, mattresses and handcrafted collections, will be held from 1 September to 3 September 2026 at Yashobhoomi (IICC) in Dwarka, New Delhi. The exhibition is organised by Koelnmesse, the organiser of imm Cologne, and is positioned as a marketplace where Indian manufacturers can meet global demand and domestic buyers can access export‑quality, design‑led products directly from the maker.

More than 100 exhibitors have confirmed participation. Notable participants include Source, Sunrise International, Sheela Foam Limited, Obeetee Pvt. Ltd., Phoenix Industries Ltd., Royal Rugs, Khivraj Handicrafts, Sankara Furniture Designs, Metaltech Design, Saraf Exports, Tapisserie Home, The Furniture Folks and Mahesh Handicrafts. Exhibitors represent major manufacturing clusters such as Jodhpur, Moradabad, Karur and Saharanpur, providing a comprehensive showcase of India’s furniture and interiors manufacturing depth.

International Hosted Buyer Programme

The event will run a structured International Hosted Buyer Programme that brings confirmed trade delegations from the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, Oman, Mexico, Egypt, Israel, Romania, United Arab Emirates and several other key markets. This programme guarantees qualified international buyers on the exhibition floor, enabling direct procurement discussions with Indian manufacturers.

Trade Agreements and Market Access

The recently finalised EU–India Free Trade Agreement and the India–UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) grant duty‑free access for 99 % of Indian furniture, home décor and handicraft exports to Europe and the United Kingdom. These agreements enhance the competitiveness of Indian exporters and are expected to increase the relevance of the products displayed at imm India 2026 for both domestic and overseas buyers.

Supporting Industry Coalitions

imm India 2026 is backed by a broad coalition of industry bodies, including the Joint Handicrafts Exporters Association (JHEA), AMK, Handloom Handicraft Exporters Welfare Association (HHEWA), Buying Agents Association (BAA) and the Association of Furniture Manufacturers of India (AFMI) as exclusive partner. Additional support comes from the Handicrafts Exporters Association Moradabad, Bagru Industrial Association, AACC, IETO, ICC, Kirti Nagar Timber & Furniture Dealers Association and KHEXMASS, creating a pan‑India network covering all major manufacturing clusters and buyer segments.
