During the visit of the Hon'ble Prime Minister to Slovakia, the bilateral relationship between India and Slovakia was elevated to a Comprehensive Partnership. The visit resulted in the signing of eleven Memoranda of Understanding and Letters of Intent across diverse sectors. Key agreements include an MoU on cooperation in the field of Labour Migration, a Letter of Intent promoting cooperation in the Defence field, and an MoU on Digital Technologies. Additional agreements cover Higher Education and Research, Audio-visual Creation, and an MoU in the field of Quantum Communication and Critical Infrastructure Protection.

In the health and wellness sector, an MoU was signed between the National Institute of Naturopathy, Pune, Ministry of Ayush, and Slovak Health Spa Piestany. Educational collaborations were furthered through an agreement between the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and the Slovak Technical University for cooperation in student exchange programs, scholarships, and research collaboration. The establishment of the first ever ICCR Chair in Artificial Intelligence at the Technical University of Kosice was announced. Tourism cooperation between associations of tour operators and a scientific cooperation agreement between the Indian National Science Academy (INSA) and the Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAS) were also finalized.

Beyond the agreements, three major announcements were made: the elevation of the bilateral relationship, the establishment of a Joint Working Group in Counter Terrorism, and the establishment of a Consular Dialogue mechanism to address consular matters.
