Indian Hume Pipe Promoter Pledge Released Fully

IHP Finvest Limited released pledge on 1,16,94,995 equity shares (22.20%) of Indian Hume Pipe Company on 24th March 2026.
Pledge was held by SBICAP Trustee Company Limited for a consortium of six banks securing working capital facilities worth Rs. 187.50 crore.
Post-release, IHP Finvest holds zero pledged shares in Indian Hume Pipe; total promoter holding remains 3,56,04,145 shares (67.58%).
