Indian Naval Ships Udaygiri, Shakti, and Kavaratti from the Eastern Fleet, led by Rear Admiral Alok Anand, Flag Officer Commanding Eastern Fleet, have successfully concluded their port call at Changi Naval Base, Singapore. The three-day engagement was part of the Indian Navy's operational deployment and aimed to reinforce the strategic and maritime partnership between India and Singapore.

The visit featured a range of professional interactions including cross-deck visits designed to strengthen interoperability and naval cooperation between the two maritime forces. The engagement was aligned with the ASEAN-India Year of Maritime Cooperation and the Government of India's Act East Policy. During the port call, school students visited INS Kavaratti, gaining first-hand exposure to naval operations, life onboard a warship, and the maritime values that guide the Indian Navy.
