The initial basic pay for Chief Commercial Cum Ticket Supervisor is ₹35,400 per month at Pay Level 6 under the Seventh Central Pay Commission, while Goods Train Manager, Junior Accounts Assistant Cum Typist, and Senior Clerk Cum Typist offer ₹29,200 per month at Pay Level 5, with applicable allowances and service conditions governed by relevant rules.

Online applications commenced on 8 October 2026 and close on 6 November 2026 at 11:59 PM, with the examination fee payment deadline on 8 November 2026 and an application modification window from 9 November to 18 November 2026. Candidates must possess a degree from a recognized university and be aged 18-33 years as of 1 January 2027, with age relaxations for eligible categories under prescribed rules.

Selection is merit-based and involves a first-stage Computer-Based Test (CBT), a second-stage CBT, followed by Document Verification and Medical Examination. The recruitment framework includes reservation benefits, age relaxation, scribe assistance, and compensatory time for candidates with disabilities. The Computer-Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST) is dispensed for Junior Accounts Assistant Cum Typist and Senior Clerk Cum Typist, though basic computer and typing proficiency is expected and assessed after joining.
