Infosys Receives SEBI Promoter Reclassification No-Objection

Infosys receives BSE and NSE no-objection for reclassifying Shreyas Shibulal and Bhairavi Shibulal from promoters to public.
The approval is under SEBI LODR Regulation 31A, following applications submitted on May 1, 2026.
The company must comply with subsequent material event disclosures related to this reclassification.
This follows prior disclosures made by Infosys on April 30 and May 1, 2026 regarding the application.
