INS Sunayna Arrives at Male Strengthening Maritime Ties

Indian Navy's INS Sunayna arrived at Male on April 6, 2026, under IOS SAGAR initiative.
The ship carries multinational crew from 16 friendly foreign countries including two MNDF personnel.
Professional training included seamanship, small arms firing, and damage control drills during transit.
A Passage Exercise (PASSEX) with MNDF Coast Guard is scheduled upon departure from Male.
