INS Trikand Arrives Mombasa Kenya Naval Deployment

Indian Navy frigate INS Trikand arrived in Mombasa, Kenya on April 7, 2026, for bilateral maritime cooperation.
The visit includes professional engagements and handover of essential stores to Kenya Defence Forces.
VAdm Krishna Swaminathan, Western Naval Command chief, is visiting Kenya concurrently with the port call.
The ship will conduct Passage Exercise (PASSEX) with Kenya Navy to enhance maritime interoperability.
