Extracted Insight: Iraq announced a plan to increase crude oil exports via pipelines from the current 220,000 barrels per day (bpd) to 770,000 bpd within the next two and a half months, executed in two phases to diversify export routes and reduce reliance on Gulf shipping lanes. In parallel, truck‑based exports to neighboring countries will be expanded to 420,000 bpd across three phases.
