Promoter Harjinder Singh Jonjua disclosed an off-market transfer (gift) of 8,77,153 shares (3.21%) of Jonjua Overseas Limited on 27 March 2026.
Post-transfer, Harjinder Singh Jonjua's holding reduced from 42,56,321 shares (15.60%) to 33,79,168 shares (12.39%) of total voting capital.
