Kranti Industries Promoters Gift 6 Lakh Shares Inter-Se

Four promoter/promoter group members of Kranti Industries Limited filed Form C disclosures under SEBI PIT Regulations on March 25, 2026.
Both HUFs (Sumeet Subhash Vora HUF and Sachin Subhash Vora HUF) each gifted 3,00,000 equity shares off-market, reducing their holdings to near-zero.
Sachin Subhash Vora (MD) increased stake from 16.95% to 19.42% via on-market purchase and receipt of 3,00,000 gifted shares.
Sumit Subhash Vora (WTD) received 3,00,000 shares as gift off-market, raising his holding from 16.11% to 18.46%.
