Maharashtra Scooters Acquires Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Auto Shares

Maharashtra Scooters Ltd disclosed acquisition of Bajaj Finance Ltd shares worth Rs. 23.07 Crore on 27 March 2026, bringing cumulative holding to 3.0576%.
MSL also acquired Bajaj Auto Ltd shares worth Rs. 12.03 Crore on the same date, with cumulative holding reaching 2.4787% at Rs. 124.50 Crore.
MSL, an unregistered core investment company, made both acquisitions through the secondary market as part of its ordinary course of business.
