The reclassification affects six entities including Bessemer India Capital Holdings II Ltd, Bessemer Health Capital LLC, and Bessemer Venture Partners Trust.
The company disclosed the receipt of the no-objection letters dated April 2, 2026, pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulation 31A(8).
The reclassification is effective upon receipt of the no-objection letters from both stock exchanges.
