The Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) has established a dedicated pavilion at the 10th edition of India Mobile Congress 2026, held from October 07-10, 2026 at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi. The event was formally inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 8, 2026, under the theme "Scale Without Boundaries.

The MeitY Pavilion showcases a comprehensive range of Digital India initiatives across multiple technology domains. Digital Public Infrastructure demonstrations include Aadhaar, DigiLocker, UMANG, and Entity Locker, highlighting how digital platforms are making identity verification, document access, and government services more seamless and secure for citizens and organizations.

API Setu booth demonstrates integration and information exchange through APIs supporting interoperability across digital systems, while the UX4G team helps visitors improve user experience and design of digital assets through citizen-centric approaches. The Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework booth emphasizes responsible processing and protection of personal data in the digital age.

Digital India BHASHINI demonstrates the application of Artificial Intelligence and language technologies to facilitate access to digital content and services across Indian languages. MyGov India features a collection of 'Mann Ki Baat' videos highlighting stories and grassroots initiatives from across the country.

The pavilion also features the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) showcasing DARPAN S3, along with NIXI, SAMEER, and India Semiconductor Mission (ISM), highlighting capabilities across Internet infrastructure, applied research, and advanced semiconductor technology.

Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) is participating with 14 STPI-incubated startups, providing entrepreneurs opportunity to present their products and solutions to visitors, investors, and industry participants. An interactive Experience Zone offers visitors engagement with emerging technologies, including AI avatar creation and VR-based cricket experiences, demonstrating applications of AI and immersive technologies in accessible formats.

The MeitY presence brings together digital services, citizen engagement, AI, startups, semiconductors, Internet infrastructure, and advanced research, offering visitors a comprehensive view of India's technology capabilities and emerging opportunities across these areas.
