Navigant Corporate Advisors issued a corrigendum to the detailed public statement for an open offer to acquire 26% of Midland Polymers.
The open offer schedule has been revised, pushing key dates including the offer opening to June 3, 2026, and closure to June 16, 2026.
The offer price is Rs. 10 per share for up to 97.5 lakh shares, with the Identified Date for shareholder eligibility moved to May 19, 2026.
An in-principle approval from BSE for a related preferential issue by the target company is still awaited.
