Companies and associations from various industries including auto, aerospace, telecom, and defence are invited to present their import-related concerns. Participation requires advance registration by sending an email to tech-steel[at]nic[dot]in by September 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM to secure confirmed time slots. Walk-in participants will not be accommodated due to logistical constraints, and only one representative per organization is permitted to ensure wider participation.
The registration email must include seven specific details: the company/association name, industry type and product category, whether the issue relates to SIMS/SARAL SIMS/QCO exemption, reference of any existing application, a brief issue description (maximum 50 words), participant name and designation (third-party representation not allowed), and participant contact details including mobile number and email. Time slots for presentations will be confirmed via email response.
