The Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW) and KOICA signed a Plan of Implementation to enhance skill development in India's shipbuilding sector.
The project includes workforce mapping, skill gap analysis, and a master plan for human resource development in shipbuilding and marine sectors.
The collaboration will establish bilateral workshops and a proposed center for workforce development and technology cooperation.
