Nagarjuna Agri-Tech Promoters Acquire 50.9L Shares Preferentially

Nagarjuna Agri-Tech discloses promoter acquisition of 50,90,775 equity shares via preferential allotment on 20 March 2026 under SEBI PIT Regulations.
Promoter Rachna Suman Shaw acquired 48,43,275 shares (15.80%) and Rajesh Shaw acquired 2,47,500 shares (0.81%) at Rs. 68 per share.
The combined allotment of 50,90,775 shares totalling Rs. 34.62 crore (swap value basis) represents a 16.61% stake acquisition by promoters.
Post-allotment, Rachna Suman Shaw's holding stands at 1,07,56,375 shares representing 35.09% of the expanded share capital.
