NCVET and DET Telangana Sign Awarding Body Agreement

NCVET recognized DET Telangana as an Awarding Body (AB-Dual) on April 24, 2026, enabling direct assessment and certification of learners.
DET Telangana will skill trainees through ITIs, Advanced Technology Centers, and training partners in industry-aligned short-term courses.
Thrust areas include IoT-enabled Smart Agriculture, IoT Healthcare, Robotics, Electric Vehicles, Drone Technology, AR/VR, and Fashion Design Technology.
NCVET approved DET's 'Integrated STEM Systems Design & Prototyping Junior Technician' qualification in the Electronics and Hardware sector.
